"We really enjoyed our stay here in Tokyo. The instructions were very clear, and having everything labeled especially for trash made things so much easier compared to other places weโve stayed. It really helped us stay organized and made the whole experience more convenient.
The location was also great very walkable and in a peaceful neighborhood, which we really appreciated after busy days exploring the city.
Overall, it was a great experience. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely...

"Location was excellent, close to many convenient stores, restaurants and bus/train station. The room itself was very clean, spacious and had all the amenities. Very very good value for the price "

"Clean room and could easily accommodate for our family of 4. Close to the food areas as well as convenience stores without being in a high traffic area. "

"This is a very small (even for Tokyo standards) unit, and you have no elevators in the building. That said, you can walk to Shinjuku and the place was very clean, with its own washer/drier and great beds. Sure, it's small, but the location makes it a great choice. I'd definitely recommend the place and would have given it a 5 star rating if it had a smart Japanese toilet ;) !"

"Great location, park across the road is great for kids to get some energy out. Lots of restaurants & amenity close by and only a 10 minute walk to the centre of Shinjuku.
The rooms are a bit tired (marks on the walls, the duvet covers donโt fit properly and you can see that the bedding under is very yellowed, pillows not great.
There is no reception at the property, which was fine for us."

"Clean small apartment - walkable to a bustling part of the city. Shinjuku is an exciting area and just outside of the east station exit is a bit like vegas-meets-NY. I knew the area was active but I did not realize this apartment was smack in the middle of the night life (host bars, love hotels, etc) part of town. If that sounds like fun to you, this is a great deal. If you're looking for a family-friendly place to stay, this might not be the right move.

"The location of the hotel is in the center of Tokyo where it is a short walk or subway ride to all the famous tourist spots.
The staff is friendly and the amenities are great! I don't know if this is normal in Japan, but as an American, I really appreciated the free toothbrush and toothpaste! It's the little things!
Yes, the rooms are rather small, but they are clean and serve their main purpose = a place to keep your belongings and sleep. Trust me, there are so many things to do in Tokyo, you will likely spend most of the day exploring this mega city! Thank you APA hotel and staff! I will be back!"
"I recently stayed at Keio Plaza Hotel and had a bit of a mixed experience overall. When I first checked in, I was assigned a room in the South Tower that hadnโt been renovated yet. Unfortunately, the room felt quite dated and a bit worn, and it gave off a slightly unclean impression despite being serviced.
That said, the highlight of my stay was definitely the staff. I spoke with the front desk about my concerns, and they were incredibly friendly, understanding, and professional. They offered me the option to upgrade, and I decided to go for it. Iโm really glad I did. The upgraded room was a completely different experience: modern, clean, and very comfortable.
While I do think the unrenovated rooms could use some attention, the excellent service and the quality of the upgraded accommodations really turned things around for me. If youโre planning to stay here, Iโd definitely recommend opting for one of the renovated rooms from the start."
"Convenient location for Shinjuku Station & Airport Express buses (which stop at hotel). Excellent breakfast (but scrambled eggs are like soup). Room (upper-level lady twin - for 2) was tiny and I kept tripping over the threshold and then down again into the tiny prefab bathroom. Deep tub to step into for shower. So much to trip over! One small hard pillow per bed. Dated interior and amenities, though clean, with small window that canโt open. Safe (except for tripping hazards) and convenient but would choose a better hotel (newer, larger room) next time and just get a taxi to the station or AirPort Express stop. Served us well this time but room was claustrophobic and basic, considering the price."
