"There were dozens of bugs in my bedroom. When I brought the issue up to staff their response was that they "thought they took care of the problem this morning" and that they would simply vacuum up the bugs instead of properly cleaning the room or offering me a new one. The issue was not resolved and I told them I could not stay at this hotel if they could not find me a clean room. They refused to refund me the value of my stay because it was too late for them to rent out the bug infested room to...

"We loved meeting Roc and staying here! This is a French country house and got us out of the city and into the beautiful countryside. "We stayed here for 1 night before returning home from holiday.First time in a Kyriad Hotel.Parking was good. Room clean and modern. Lovely shower room and separate toilet. Tea and coffee facilities good. Staff very friendly.Unfortunately the restaurant and bar were closed and we planned to have dinner there not knowing this. There was only a Burger King nearby which didn't appeal. So after driving around the area we ended up eating in The Novotel Hotel.It should be stated on booking about the times of restaurant openings. "
