"La foigniere" Old stone outbuilding

Former stone outbuilding, adjoining the owners' house, restored in a 110 m2 gite, quietly located in the middle of the Gascon vineyard. The accommodation includes, a living room of 55 M2, with fully equipped kitchen, dining area, living room opening onto a private terrace, shower room and WC. upstairs 2 bedrooms, one with 2 beds of 90 and the other a bed 160. La "foigniere" is part of an ensemble of an authentic winemaker's house. You will also have the opportunity to lounge by the shared swimming pool, to visit the surroundings where many visits to country houses, castles, gourmet markets or restaurants, not to mention strolls along the water or on foot to help you discover this superb region.

A very beautiful farm stay

The house is set in grape vines in a quiet counry location and is very spacious and well appointed. The hosts were very lovely and we qere poilt with some freshly baked tart and qine from the vineyard on arrival. The kids were very excited by their bedroom as it was very cute ! We had hard frosts overnight yet we qere warm and cosy inside. Thank you for a beautiful and comfortable stay.

Rural perfection

Beautifully restored accommodation nestled in the peaceful vineyards. We received the warmest of welcomes and were made to feel at home immediately. The accommodation has everything you need for your stay and is immaculately clean. A lot of effort must have gone into this restoration. The beds are very comfy and there is ample seating inside and out. The pool area is beautiful and the Daflon’s are the most gracious hosts. We hope to return to this very special place again.

Armelle und Dominique sind sehr herzliche Gastgeber. Das Ferienhaus und das gesamte Grundstück sind sehr gepflegt und liebevoll eingerichtet. Im Haus ist eine große Küche mit allen notwendigen Geräten und Utensilien, die für den täglichen Bedarf notwendig sind. Zudem eine Waschmaschine, ein gepflegtes Badezimmer mit Dusche und sehr große Schlafräume mit bequemen Betten und ausreichend Stauraum um Kleidung unterzubringen. Eine eigene Terrasse plus Grill runden das Ganze perfekt ab. Das gesamte Anwesen ist einfach großartig. Mitten in den Weinbergen gelegen bietet es die perfekten Bedingungen um die Zeit vor Ort genießen zu können. Der große, sehr gepflegte Pool bietet Gelegenheit bei schönem Wetter zu entspannen. Die vielen kleinen Orte in der Umgebung sind immer einen Besuch wert um auszuspannen, zu bummeln oder einfach einen Kaffee, Wein oder lokale Spezialitäten zu genießen. In der Sommerzeit ist der schöne Abendmarkt in Sos absolut zu empfehlen. Viele regionale Händler bieten dort Ihre Waren an und der Marktplatz ist geschmückt mit Lichterketten und langen Tischreihen, die zum Genießen und Unterhalten einladen. Wir geben eine uneingeschränkte Empfehlung um eine tolle Zeit bei Armelle und Dominique verbringen zu können. Freundlichkeit, Sauberkeit und die absolut idyllische Umgebung sind einfach nicht zu übertreffen.

Location en tous points conforme à la description. Nous avons passé un super séjour avec deux adolescents dans ce petit coin de paradis reposant au milieu des vignes. Gîte tout confort, piscine très agréable, avec des figues et autres fruits en bonus. Propriétaires charmants et très attentionnés. Bref, un bel endroit à recommander !

Het was fantastisch! De accomodatie, het zwembad en de buitenkeuken zijn perfect. Bovendien zijn Armelle en Dominique de perfecte gastheer en gastvrouw. Het ontbrak ons nergens aan. Ik zou deze accomodatie iedereen aanbevelen. C'était fantastique ! Le logement, la piscine et la cuisine extérieure étaient parfaits. De plus, Armelle et Dominique sont des hôtes parfaits. Nous n'avons manqué de rien. Je recommanderais ce logement à tout le monde.

Warm onthaal en heerlijke plek!

De woning is erg mooi en rustig gelegen, midden in de wijngaarden. De omgeving overtrof onze verwachtingen. De ontvangst was enorm gastvrij. De communicatie verliep zeer vlot en we ontvingen waardevolle tips voor het ontdekken van de omgeving. De woning zelf is zeer goed uitgerust en we hebben enorm genoten van het gedeelde zwembad, inclusief volledige buitenkeuken. We hadden hier een heerlijke vakantie!

Leven als God in Frankrijk

Ideale vakantiewoning, bij een zeer vriendelijke gastvrouw en gastheer, voor wie de rust opzoekt en daar waren we naar op zoek. In de directe omgeving van het verblijf kan je eindeloos blijven wandelen en binnen 30 minuten kan je meer dan voldoende typische dorpjes en bezienswaardigheden bezoeken. En ....... het heerlijke zwembad. In één woord: aanrader!

L'accueil de Armelle et Dominique est plus que parfait, avenants, chaleureux et disponibles durant les 3 semaines passées. Propreté maximale, cadeau de bienvenue, literie au top. Piscine nettoyée tous les jours et très peu partagée Tranquillité au coeur des vignes avec parfois la visite de biches et cerfs. Excellent après une bonne cure thermale. Merci à vous. Au milieu des vignes d'Armagnac

Séjour reposant et dépaysant dans cette longère située à la frontière entre le lot et Garonne et le Gers. Dominique et Armelle nous ont accueillis de manière bienveillante et chaleureuse. La location est parfaitement aménagée et entretenue pour 4 personnes avec tout le confort nécessaire. Au Rdc une grande pièce à vivre avec cuisine équipée, salon, salle à manger et sdb avec toilettes... et vue sur le vignoble. Une buanderie avec lave-linge est également disponible. A l'étage, une grande chambre parentale et une grande chambre avec 2 lits simples. Tout est très bien pensé pour passer de belles vacances à la campagne avec tranquillité sans vis à vis. Piscine partagée bien exposée avec cuisine d'été. Abri pour garer la voiture. La location est mitoyenne de la maison des propriétaires et est assez isolée. A 15 mn des commerces, et de 30mn a 1h des principaux intérêts culturels et touristiques (villages de Fources et Laressingle, petites villes de Nerac, Condom et Auch, chemins de randonnées,...).
