  • This architect-designed home, featuring a heated swimming pool and complete privacy, offers a relaxing getaway for the whole family. Enjoy a quintessential "Rétaise" villa just a 5-minute walk from Basse Benaie beach and close to the local shops of Sainte-Marie-de-Ré.

    The villa is finished to the highest standards with premium amenities throughout. All bedrooms are en-suite, each featuring its own private shower room.

    Secure, private outdoor parking is available for one vehicle on the premises.
