Ein sehr schöner Urlaub!

Wir haben eine schöne Zeit im Haus von Martine Coustaut verbracht. Das Haus und die Küche sind sehr gut ausgestattet. Man merkt sofort, dass Martine eine gute Köchin ist! Es ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Das Haus ist sauber und bis ins letzte Detail sehr geschmackvoll und gemütlich eingerichtet. Das eingezäunte Grundstück ist für Kinder ideal. Neben dem Swimmingpool haben wir die unterschiedlichen beschatteten Sitzgelegenheiten sehr gerne genutzt. Weitere Highlights waren die Hängematte und das kleine Spielhaus für Kinder. Martine ist sehr gastfreundlich und hilfsbereit. Die ruhige Lage des Hauses kann zum Entspannen und für Ausflüge in der Umgebung genutzt werden. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit!

Parfait pour des vacances en famille

Martine est une super hôtesse qui nous a très bien accueillis (merci pour le gâteau!) et très bien renseignés. La maison est très propre et très bien équipée il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour passer de bons moments en famille. Les enfants ont adoré l'espace qui leur était dédié avec la cabane, le tipi et le bac a sable. Je recommande fortement cette maison si vous souhaitez des vacances reposantes dans les Landes.

Le jour où nous sommes arrivés, nous avons vu la propriété et de suite nous étions satisfait, car elle correspondait à l idée que nous nous sommes fait. Bien situé la villa propose des coins de detente ainsi qu une piscine agréable pour se beigner. La villa est grande beau séjour et cuisine ainsi que 4 chambres pratiques. C est une villa agréable ou l on se sent chez soit. Nous sommes très satisfait et nous reviendrons l année prochaine. Je recommande vivement cette location. La propriétaire est très agréable, avenante, une personne sociable. Merci donc pour ces belles vacances dans votre villa!!! Mr casarin

La location de la maison est idéale pour des vacances réussies, en effet, le calme et le confort étaient au rendez-vous ! Pas de bruits parasites. Commerces à proximité. La piscine et le grand jardin font de cet extérieur un régal. La maison est parfaitement équipée et spacieuse. Nous avons été accueillis comme des rois avec de délicates attentions de la part de la propriétaire qui de surcroît est très serviable et sympathique. Nous recommandons très fortement cette location ! Merci encore à elle pour ce formidable séjour !!

Superbe séjour détente

Nous avons passé 15 jours remarquables à Saint Eulalie dans une maison charmante où tout est fait pour la détente et le repos. Idéalement située entre les lacs et l'océan, calme assuré. Jardin parfait (piscine, jeux enfants, transats,...). Accueil chaleureux par la propriétaire qui est pleine d'attention et très disponible.

Une location parfaite pour une ou deux familles

Proche de Mimizan et des grands Lacs, la maison principale de Martine est parfaite pour les vacances. Elle est située dans un quartier calme, sans vis-à-vis côté terrasse / jardin, parfaitement équipée (rien ne manque, ni pour la cuisine, le barbecue ou les activités dans le jardin). Tout y est propre et en excellent état. Martine a été une hôte formidable, très attentionnée. Le groupe de 4 adultes et 3 enfants que nous formions a trouvé un lieu de villégiature idéal que nous recommandons. Nous avons également passé un excellent moment au bar tapas A Noste à Mimizan Plages, face à la mer: http://www.anoste.fr/. Bonnes vacances à Ste Eulalie ! Famille Kerhoas-Bruch

Sublime!

Nous venons de passer une semaine dans cette fabuleuse maison et je ne peux en dire que du bien. Nous sommes un couple avec deux jeunes enfants et chacun a trouvé son bonheur. Nos enfants ont pu disposer d'une cabane, d'un tipi, bref un petit espace pour eux vraiment très appréciable. Quant à l'aménagement, on ne manque de rien. Tout est décoré avec soin et avec goût. De petites attentions nous attendaient. Bref il a suffi de poser nos valises pour nous sentir comme chez nous. Une ambiance chaleureuse et cosy ! A l'année prochaine!

Vacances très agréables

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Madame Coustaut nous a accueilli avec prévenance et gentillesse. Nos enfants ont pu profiter des cabanes, du trampoline et autres jouets. Nous vous recommandons vivement cette location pour vos futures vacances.

Maison très agréable et reposante

Maison très agréable, propre avec tout le confort nécessaire. Nous avons eu un très bon accueil de la part de la propriétaire qui nous a donné de bonnes adresses. La maison est située au calme dans le village à proximité de tous les commerces (boulangerie, restau et supermarché VIVAL), proche du lac (activités nautiques et autres accrobranches, paintball, golf...) et à 10 15 kms de Mimizan plage. Idéale pour une location familiale,cependant nous étions un groupe de 7/8 jeunes (25 ans environ) et concernant les sorties nocturnes, il faut prendre la voiture et partir sur Biscarosse (30-35min environ). Je recommande cette location pour vos vacances, encore merci à la proprio.

Maison tout confort, impeccable, très agréables. Accueil très chaleureux de la propriétaire. Nous avons apprécié les ploufs dans la piscine et les promenades dans la forêt à deux pas de la maison et nos quelques escapades à l'océan. Lotissement calme, idéal repos.

Super séjour

Nous étions deux couples qui avions besoin de nous ressourcer dans un lieu calme après une année bien remplie. Nous avons séjourné durant la deuxième quinzaine de juillet 2014 dans ce home familial, la "Bichonnerie" ! Quel accueil chaleureux ! Une très belle maison où tout a été pensé dans ses moindres détails pour le bien-être de ses occupants. Tellement emballés aussi par ce cadre de détente que nous projetons d'y retourner prochainement. Un très grand Merci à sa propriétaire. Je recommande fortement cet endroit.

Nous étions deux couples avec enfants entre 3 ans et 10 ans . Nous avons "adoré "notre séjour dans cette maison , où il fait bon vivre Tout est pratique , de qualité . Nous avons ressenti toute l'attention à la préparation des lieux . Mes amis ont apprécié mon choix pour le calme , la piscine et la maisonnette pour les enfants ainsi que le barbecue pour nos grillades du soir . Un grand bravo à cette propriétaire tout aussi charmante . Je vous recommande cette location pour vos vacances ou j'y reviendrai avec grand plaisir !
