- Independent villa of 135m2 with swimming pool (10x5) in Sainte Anastasie, gates of the Gardon gorges, classified site (30190). Many footpaths, hiking, mountain biking, ... Shops nearby.
10 minutes from Uzès, 15 minutes from Nîmes, 20 minutes from Pont du Gard, 1 hour from Avignon and Grau du Roi and La Grande Motte. Many visits possible in the region.
Ground floor: bedroom with shower room and 140x190 bed; an equipped kitchen, living and dining room, pantry (washing machine, freezer, iron) and separate toilet. Upstairs: 3 bedrooms, one with a 35m2 terrace (1 140x190 bed, 1 160x190 bed and 2 90x190 beds, bathroom (+ accessories) and wc).
