This 220 m² holiday cottage features a spacious open-plan living area encompassing a dining room, a lounge with a television, and a games area equipped with a foosball table, darts, and children's games. The fully equipped kitchen extends this welcoming space. The ground floor includes a bedroom accessible to people with reduced mobility (PRM) with a double bed (140 cm) and an en-suite shower room, a laundry room with a cloakroom, and a separate accessible toilet. Upstairs, a second living room with a sofa bed provides additional sleeping space for two more people. There are also four bedrooms comprising three single beds (90 cm), one double bed (140 cm), and two queen-size beds (160 cm), as well as two shower rooms and two separate toilets. Outside, several areas are available: an enclosed courtyard with a covered terrace and relaxation area, a 5/6-person hot tub with an outdoor shower, a garden, a shaded terrace, a barbecue, and a pétanque court. Beds are made upon arrival, and utilities are included. In the heart of the Loire Forez region, La Ferme LAFAYGERIFAUD comfortably accommodates 11 people and offers an additional sleeping space in the upstairs living room with a sofa bed for two more.
