"The gite was better than we expected in a delightful location. Very quiet and set in the beautiful grounds of a Chateau. We were welcomed by Alex who was charming but spoke no English so our French was instantly tested. Only criticism was direction to the gite were not good. The gite is situated in Pierrepont not Lantheuil which made it hard to find."

The host was friendly, welcoming and proactive before and during our stay. The location is wonderfully quiet, but remains within easy reach of the towns and sights of the area.
