    We are located at the edge of the ocean, south of the Vendée coast in a beautiful little bay, facing the Ile de Ré, a site privileged by its micro climate: a very good sunshine, you will enjoy the peace of nature with its forest, its beaches and its dunes. It is a pretty house on a plot of 300m2 with bicycle garage. The beach is 400m. The port of jard sur mer is 2km away. One bedroom with 1 bed 140, another with 1 bed 140 (bed 90 bunk) +1 sofa bed in the living room. American kitchen living room of 30m2 ,. The outside ground is nicely arched and goes around the house. O GLISS Grand Parc Aquatique and INDIAN FOREST nearby. To discover also the SANDS of OLONNE with 15km, THE TRANCHE ON SEA with 15km and THE PUY DU FOU with 1 hour by highway. Futuroscope (2h) The bike paths will allow you to discover the coastline by traversing the forest. 6 bicycles will be at your disposal. Well equipped house, television, barbecue. Safe house for children (barriers). Large ground behind the house. Possibility of entering the car in the property. Pets not accepted. Reservations are at the week of Saturday 14h to Saturday 10h. Bien placé et le plein pied est pratique pour les enfants. Il y a tout l’équipement nécessaire. Néanmoins, je pense qu’il faut actualiser les photos bien que moins vendeur. Le pin n’est plus là et pour cause de réchauffement climatique sûrement, l’herbe est totalement grillée voire inexistante. C’est surprenant et décevant quand on arrive. Des serviettes de taille moyenne auraient également été bienvenues mais pas dérangeant avec la chaleur.Malgré tout séjour super et hôtes très accueillants.

Maison fonctionnelle et bien située près de la plage

Cette maison est très bien située dans un quartier calme à proximité d’une plage très sympa. Le jardin est agréable et la maison fonctionnelle. Le prêt des vélos est un vrai plus et permet de se balader sur les nombreuses pistes cyclables aux alentours. Les relations avec les propriétaires ont été simples et cordiales. Très chouette endroit et région très agréable. Le logement est bien équipé et est idéalement situé près de la plage dans un quartier calme. Les vélos à disposition sont très pratiques. Les deux seuls petits bémols sont : draps de bains en supplément sont vraiment très petits et le chalet qui est présenté comme aménagé en chambre sur les photos sert en réalité de remise pour les vélos. Ce sont des détails car le séjour a été vraiment super

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine. La maison est idéalement située à quelques minutes vous êtes à la mer via un petit sentier campagnard et proches des commerces et de villes à visiter en bord de mer. La maison est bien équipée et les vélos à disposition sont un plus pour la région. Je recommande cette maison et les hôtes sont très accommodant et sympathique.

Très bon accueil des propriétaires. Maison à 500 mètres d'une très grande plage. Le centre-ville offre toutes les commodités ou presque à moins d'un kilomètre. Il y a un supermarché avec une très bonne poissonnerie à 3,5 km. Nous avons tout fait à pied ou à vélo, car il y a des pistes cyclables partout. Dans la location, la douche extérieure est très pratique et appréciée tout comme le cabanon immense pour ranger le matériel de plage et les vélos. Idéal pour une famille et des amis.

Agréable

Maison toute proche de la plage, pas besoin de la voiture! Bien située pour découvrir mégalithes, marais, château, plages, sans faire beaucoup de kms. A 3 dont 1 enfant de 4 ans nous avons passé un très agréable séjour de 2 semaines. Quelques jouets extérieurs et livres/jeux ont été appréciés, de même que l'emplacement du lave linge au garage ainsi qu'une douche extérieure. Les pistes cyclables permettent aisément de découvrir les environs. L'environnement a été calme malgré le fait d'être en lotissement, l'installation de quelques dos d'ânes seraient un plus. Pour conclure, nous recommandons cette location et y reviendrons avec grand plaisir.
