Nice location of Hotel , and room was comfortable. but no bar or the option of evening meal , fortunately there were many lovely Restaurants in the village. 80 euros to use the pool for 2hrs seems excessive for us to use , so we never did . Overall it was a comfortable Hotel , but we won't be returning . .

Dear Mr. Rob,We are glad to read that you love ours rooms and the location of the hotel.To the lobby you can find a coffee corner completely free and a vending machine with several snack choices.Anyway we are at the beginning of the pedestrian area so you can easly find a lot of bar and restaurant in Saint Vincent downtown.Our spa is composed by a pool with jacuzzi, steamed bath, sauna and relaxing area. We provide bathrobe, slippers and towels. The price is 20 euros per person, for 2 hours using.We hope, for a next time, that you chouse to try it.

After spending several days searching options in internet almost a month before our stay in the Saint Vincent area, we decided to book this property through Orbitz as we were interested in a facility with Pool for the kids and Sauna/Fitness for us and relax (similar to other facilities we have stayed in South Tyrol, Italy). Using orbitz's filter, this property confirmed these amenities and did not show any information on additional fees (actually the orbitz page for this hotel also shows clearly extra charges for transportation and state tax fee for turism) To our surprise when we showed up, we were told that Sauna and Pool 2 hrs use was 20 Euros per each person, even for our 2 kids 13 and 15 (more expensive that even here in Switzerland). When asked why was not this properly explained in the booking site, instead of a Customer focus answer such as we will look into it and fix it, the feedback from Front desk was just: We cannot change Orbizte and it is not our problem. Really poor customer oriented attitude. Despite the additional cost, my wife and I tried the "spa" which was also a disapointment as the wet sauna/steam room was not even working, the "pool" is not a pool but a "hot tub" or Jacuzzi at best, not cool water to drink after sauna, no towels. I would really recommend the Hotel and Orbitz to review this information and add this clearly on the web page to avoid other people experience the same issue as we did. Unfortunately we will not be returning. Miguel

Dear Mr Miguel,we are so sorry to read your review. At check in time our staff explained all our facilities, so that the gym is free and the spa coast is 20 per 2 hours persons. Our spa is composed by a pool with jacuzzi, steamed bath, sauna and relaxing area and we provide bathrobe, slippers and towels. Regarding the pool is not for swim but only for relax and in the town you can find an olimpionic swimming pool for to swim and, of course, the cost is cheaper. After that we checked we found also on Orbitz all the informations, we are sorry that you didn’t see it. We give all the informations to all OTA and they put them in their websites as it is structured: you found spa and gym in our facilities but the costs are in a different orbits section.Our staff is 24h at guests disposal for all needs, for this reason we searched to explain you all the information upon your arrival putting completely at your disposal for everything as we do everytime.

Massive, new, comfortable rooms!
Huge room-I booked a superior room but it had an extra bed and a huge balcony with a view! The bed was ginormous and very very comfortable-perfect after a long day of driving en route back to the UK from Italy. Check in was easy-we didn’t use the spa as was €20 each extra but the room was very reasonably priced for the size of it! The bathrooms were also separate (toilet and shower) so would be comfortable for 3 adults sharing. The restaurant had lovely wooden features and a log fire (which wasn’t on as it was summer but very cute!) they even gave us a little jar of green tomato chutney as a parting gift! Lovely service -would certainly stay again! Thank you!

Good hotel
It is a very nice hotel. The menu is limited but the food is good. Parking is technically not on site and comes with an additional charge. Spa and facilities are good but came with an additional charge. The hotel stay was inexpensive so additional charges didn’t make a different to the overall cost to benefit and standard. One thing, I couldn’t find any English speaking tv channels which is an observation and not a criticism.

Food is terrible. At 2 am I ordered room service. 3 option all sandwiches or salad. I ordered turkey salad. I got, two pieces of the cheapest sliced bread imaginable, cheap turkey and the worst tasting cheese all for 25 euros. No chips, no crisps, nothing. The best thing about this sandwich was the plate it was served on. I had a 2 course meal in the restaurant as well. Extremely mediocre. All in all, extremely disappointed and I not be back. This hotel only cares about driving their guests to the casino

Brief Overnight Stop in Picturesque Town
We booked a suite room expecting to be four persons, but finally we were just two, so the room was extremely spacious. We ate in the hotel restaurant and really enjoyed the fondue which was a reasonable price for the area. Parking was available in a nearby public carpark at a reduced rate for residents of the hotel. The hotel is situated in a small old and picturesque town and is very convenient for those using the Mont Blanc. The town would be worth exploring if you have some time. Staff were helpful and spoken French and English as well as Italian. We would certainly go back in the future.

Nice Spa, great breakfast
Spa was very nice. Not so big but enough, modern and well maintained. You need pay extra charge 15 euros/pax. Buffet breakfast was great, too. Highly recommended, would like to be back once more.

Family holiday stay
Our family spent Christmas 2015 in Italy. Wanted to do some skiing and enjoy our holiday. The town was cute with enough food selections. This Hotel has been by far the best one we have stayed in. The front desk was very helpful and willing to help at all times. A few things we didn't like to much was, the spa and the price.We had a family of 4 so it got pricey.I feel some people used the spa easily for free and for me it really was not worth the price. The second was breakfast, it is your usual cold cuts, yogurt,cereal set up but there was an option for them to cook eggs for you which really wasn't advertised well and if you didn't know Italian then you pretty much stuck with the cold cuts. Other then that we really enjoyed our stay and I must say it will be a Christmas to remember.

The best Best Western so far.
Stayed here for two nights. Good location at the end of the Main Street. Reasonable quiet for a town centre location. Very efficient service in the restaurant and reasonable prices. Easily the best Best Western hotel I have stayed at.

Hotel did not honour reservation
The hotel booking made through hotels.com was not honoured by Best Western Alla Posta, as they had overbooked. The hotel instead made alternative accommodations for me in a nearby hotel - while I appreciate that such things happen, the alternative accommodation was not of the same standard (no pool, no spa, outdated rooms and a double bed instead of two twins). The change was also not properly communicated to me before arrival, when it was too late for me to make alternative arrangements. Had we known that we would be placed in a different hotel without a pool or spa, we would have chosen to cancel this booking altogether. Very unhappy with the reservation process and the lack of any real explanation from the hotel.

Great hotel in the centre of Saint-Vincent
We had a wonderful three nights at this hotel. The rooms were small but designed well. The beds were comfortable and the feather pillows, a real treat. The staff was very friendly and the breakfasts were outstanding. The pink slippers were a nice touch.

Great hotel in an excellent location
We had an excellent stay at this hotel. The room was perfect, the staff were unbelievably helpful, and the restaurant was both good and affordable. This is an excellent location from which to explore the Aosta Valley. Breakfast was top end. Saint Vincent also proved to be a nice small town. The hotel is located next to a pedestrian shopping area. The only shortcoming of this hotel is an awkward car park a couple of blocks from the hotel.

Good location
We stayed for 3 nights and after a minor problem with the original room we were moved to a gorgeous suite.Very happy and impressed by staff and facilities.We decided on a hire car at last moment so the hotel car parking spaces were all taken but the underground car park is around 80 metres away and secure for only 6 euros for 24 hrs so no problem.

I average 50 nights a year in hotels, and this has to be one of the best value for money hotels I have booked. Everything is finished to a very high standard, and breakfast was fabulous. Highly recommended

Compact and Very Nice Hotel
Best Western Plus Hotel Alla Posta is not a big hotel but very compact and nice hotel. Staffs of the hotel are very kind and helful. This is one of the few best hotel in Italy which I have stayed up to now.
