It is convenient to get there by car as it is close to the entrance of the highway. The staff are very kind and polite at the reception. They also spoke perfect English. I can't speak French at all but I was able to relax and enjoy my stay.

This is not a 4 star establishment. We have stayed on better 3 star. The property itself is beautiful but it is run down and with basic facilities, we went for breakfast at 9am and they had run out of most food items, no staff around to assist. Had to go to reception to be told there was only 1 member of staff manning the reception and assisting with breakfast, as she was busy we had to wait for her to be free and restock the breakfast food. We decided to leave without eating. The on site restaurant was closed for the duration of our stay which was not communicated until we arrived.
Overall will not book again. Not value for money

Stayed for one night as part of cycle trip with a group. Downstairs garage for Stephanie of bikes. Located around retail area which is not ideal for centre of Saint Malo. Good sized and comfortable. Bath in room was great after a day cycling. Breakfast a little over-priced. Helpful front desk.
