Newly renovated apartment with a sauna in St. Véran.

We recently renovated this typical Queyras farmhouse, which previously had neither water nor electricity. Located in St. Véran, the highest village in Europe at 2040m, you will be enchanted by this beautiful village. The ski slopes are 150m from the house (a bit of an uphill climb), and there are numerous hikes of varying difficulty starting right from the house. In summer, you can sometimes hear the marmots whistling… The apartment (55m²) consists of a large living room (2 bunk beds, a sofa bed, kitchen and dining area), a bedroom (one double bed and one single bed), and a bathroom with separate toilet and shower. The beds are made upon your arrival. Towels and tea towels are provided. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, toaster, electric kettle, and induction cooktop. Oil, salt, pepper, and sugar are provided, as well as cleaning and toiletries. A small terrace and a sauna with mountain views are available! (One use is included in the rental price.) Electric cars are welcome! One charge is included in the rental price. This is a non-smoking apartment; pets are not allowed. Please note: Parking in the village is available for a fee of €15 per week.
