  • Fisherman's house of 60 m² ideally located in the typical district of courtgain close to the city center, in a quiet street, 50m from the bay of Somme, from the market square (on Sunday morning) with garden and terrace facing south .
    House including:
    On the ground floor, (completely renovated)
                    - room / lounge which have kept their charm and authenticity including: TV, convertible sofa (140 * 190), table and chairs
                   - An equipped kitchen: oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, coffee maker, senseo, LV (lozenges provided)
                  - A bathroom with Italian shower and washing machine
                   - separate WC
    Upstairs, two bedrooms each with a double bed (140 * 190) equipped with a duvet (220 * 240)
    bed linen and towels not provided, possibility of rental on request (except short stays)
    A garden with barbecue, garden table
    A terrace with sun loungers and sun loungers.
