The accommodation is located in a new housing estate in Saint-Valery-en-Caux, right next to a small daycare centre. The garden is not fully enclosed. This cottage combines tranquility, comfort, and authenticity, making it ideal for a getaway as a couple or with the family in the heart of coastal Normandy. Additionally, this cottage is perfectly suited for guests with limited mobility. Single-story cottage accessible to guests with limited mobility: - Living room/lounge (sofa bed) with an open, fully furnished and equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, refrigerator, induction cooktop, filter coffee maker and Tassimo pod coffee maker, toaster), - Double bedroom with 2 medical-grade single beds (90x200 cm), - Double bedroom with one medical-grade double bed (140 x 200 cm), - Fully tiled, wheelchair-accessible bathroom with shower and toilet - Private garage for one car; bicycles available. - Upon request, the owner will lend an electric wheelchair, 3 manual wheelchairs, a shower seat, and an access ramp free of charge. - Baby equipment available upon request.
