  • This charming semi-detached house is ideally located just 150 meters from the forest and a 20-minute walk from Gatseau Beach. With a private garden, it's the perfect spot for enjoying the peaceful surroundings. The house is also only 2.5 km from the local shops, giving you easy access to everything you need.



    Inside, you'll find a cozy living area with a fully equipped kitchen for preparing meals. A double bedroom is located on the ground floor, while upstairs, a closed mezzanine hosts a second bedroom with two single beds and a double bed, making it perfect for a family or group of friends.



    The house is equipped with all the essentials for a comfortable stay: refrigerator/freezer, microwave, ceramic cooktop, dishwasher, washing machine, and a flat-screen TV for your leisure. Outdoors, enjoy the garden furniture and a fixed barbecue, perfect for al fresco dining.



    Just 10 minutes by bike, you'll have access to shops, restaurants, the port, the casino, and tennis courts. The forest and Gatseau Beach are 20 minutes by bike, offering plenty of opportunities for nature walks and outdoor activities.

C’est une maison familiale, ça se ressent dans la fonctionnalité de l’aménagement et des équipements et dans toute la décoration. Des consignes sont laissées à différents endroits pour l’utilisation des équipements; La semaine a été particulièrement chaude, si le rdc reste frais, la chambre dans les comble est très chaude, elle est d’ailleurs équipée de ventilateurs. Malgré cette chaleur, a persisté une odeur d’humidité très présente à notre arrivée. L’accessibilité des plages et de la ville nécessite un moyen de déplacement, nous avons fait le choix de la location de vélos chez un loueur situé à 400m, très pratique et reservable par internet (location vélo 17). La maison est située dans un quartier calme, peut-être quelques bruits de travaux des voisins pour entretenir leurs maisons de vacances. Globalement, c’est une location très correcte dans le contexte de l’île.
