J'ai souhaité prendre des vacances. Mais au regard de ma santé et des opérations cardiaques très à risque (1 risque sur 2 de mourir), je voulais m'accorder cette pause. Je n'ai malheureusement pas pu aller effectuer ce séjour pour raison de santé. j'ai prévenu dès que j'ai pu. L'établissement, malgré le caractère exceptionnel de l'annulation, n'a fait aucun effort et ne m'a pas remboursé le séjour, alors qu'ils n'ont eu aucun frais de ménage, machine à laver, pareil, rien pour le spa etc surtout en période creuse, ils avaient d'autres chambres à proposer si besoin. La somme étant de plus de 900€ pour un séjour non effectué, ils auraient pu faire un geste, ils n'ont même pas eu la décence de répondre à la lettre manuscrite que j'ai envoyée au directeur et gérant(e). Expedia avait été plus aimable et avait compris le caractère exceptionnel de cette annulation de santé, surtout que j'avais pris l'assurance. Ils ont tout fait pour négocier avec l'hôtel qui n'a rien voulu savoir. Ils auraient pu me rembourser au moins les 3/4 et garder le reste pour (frais de dossier ou autres, admettons) mais non. Il font comme si rien n'était faisable, nous savons tous que les directeurs sont maîtres de leur établissement et font "ce qu'ils veulent". Si c'était un(e) politique/célébrité, là ça aurait été tout autre, ils ne sont vraiment pas commerçants. car là je n'ai aucune envie de recommander chez eux + je ne peux que leur faire mauvaise pub, + contacter des journalistes.

Que du bonheur !

Parfait, aussi bien au niveau emplacement (vue directe sur l'océan côté pont d'Oléron) que l'hôtel lui-même, propre, confortable, complet avec piscine chauffée, sauna, hammam, jacuzzi... Excellent petit-déjeuner ! Equipe tres accueillante et à l'écoute. Petit point d'amélioration : l'horaire d'ouverture du petit-déjeuner mériterait d'être plus matinal que 8h pour les ballades et départ de l'hôtel.

Bel endroit

Bel hôtel bien situé en bord de plage. Perssonnel accueillant. Décoration un peu vieillissante mais très très propre. Démarche eco-responsable. Piscine et spa de bonne qualité . Petit déjeuner très bon et des produits locaux On reviendra pour un plus long sejour

Bien situé et cadre agréable

Belle chambre spacieuse. La literie ne me convenait pas car je l'ai trouvé trop raide, mais le lit était très grand (180) et donc cela était appréciable. Je n'ai pas profité des installations de balnéo donc je ne peux donner d'avis. Le petit déjeuner est très copieux avec des produits de qualité. L'hôtel exige le pass sanitaire pour l'ensemble de l'établissement alors que les hôtel ne sont pas censé le demander pour l'accès aux chambres, ni pour l'accès au petit déjeuner. Le pass sanitaire ne doit être demandé que pour l'accès aux équipements style piscine et restaurant. j'ai donc trouvé surprenant que l'on me le demande à l'arrivée, d'autant plus que je n'en n'était pas informée. Ils m'ont expliqué que cela était noté dans le mail de confirmation. Or, le mail de confirmation arrive après la réservation et donc après le paiement. Je pense qu'il serait judicieux que cette information soit bien précisée dans le descriptif de l'hôtel sur le site afin de ne pas mettre les gens dans une position délicate. Accueil et personnel très sympathique.

The Hotel Cleunes D'Oleron is a great hotel. The staff are friendly and helpful, the rooms are very clean and well equipped. The pool is fabulous and the location is excellent. The staff dealt very very well with COVID restrictions to allow breakfast (which was lovely) to go ahead as normal. Excellent hotel

Good location, bad service

We stayed for 3 nights and we were surprised by their inflexibility and level of service for a three star hotel. In addition there is no mini fridge, no towels for the pool and the staff aren’t very accommodating. On the plus side they have a good location next to the beach.

HOTEL TRES AGREABLE

séjour de 3 nuits dans cet établissement très bien tenu et avec une agréable piscine. Excellent accueil et hôtel très propre. Nous avons apprécié la chambre au rdc avec terrasse et proche de la piscine. Situé à 10 minutes en voiture de Syracuse. (idéalement avoir une chambre côté piscine et au rdc)
