"Staff was very warm and welcoming in every interaction we had with them. Room was spotless and room service was very thorough. Beds were comfortable too! Rooms were quiet and refrigerator was largest I've seen in a hotel room. We were in a suite with the beds in their own room. Some reviews I read complained that the door would not shut - it really is a tight squeeze - but honestly I just nudged the mattress with my knee and it closed fine. Some people look for the littlest issue! And the bedroom was large enough for us to put up the pack and play for the little one and move around it easily to get to the dresser or beds. Furniture was really comfortable in the sitting area and perfect for us to play games after the little one went to bed in the quiet bedroom. We didn't sleep on the futon so I can't attest to how well it sleeps, but as a couch it was very comfortable and long enough for 4 to sit. There was also a comfy stuffed chair and a desk chair, as well as a low coffee table for our game boards. TV in both rooms, so that was a bonus. It had everything we needed, was comfortable and spacious, and most importantly safe and secure. We will stay again!! Only inconvenience was that they let us know at check-in the hot water was not working, but repairmen were actively replacing the broiler and the front desk called and notified us maybe an hour or so later that the situation was resolved. We thought they handled it really professionally. I would recommend! "
