Conveniently located on the main drag. Breakfast available. Friendly staff. Stayed a whole week so didnt need maid service. Walls were thin so we could hear the next room. Doors slam shut which made the hall somewhat noisy. Room was clean.

McMinnville stay

The AC unit seemed to struggle and when we would turn the temperature down to cool it leaked. The breakfast was poor compared to other hotels. Cleaning people were excellent.

Super friendly reception staff, room is clean and somewhat upgraded, and the hotel is pet friendly at an inexpensive pet fee and room charge. This is our 2nd stay, which tells you we like this place. 😊

There were dirty handprints all over the walls. The continental breakfast was cereal. There were , at times, people standing outside their vehicles at night in the parking lot. There was a very large man that was sleeping in the lobby… snoring very loudly. I think the hotel caters to construction workers. Not recommended for the Germaphobe. Bed was comfortable but coverlet on it was stained with something. Heating for the room was good. Shower was wet.

Very nice lady checked me in, nice & clean in & out, smelled so fresh! Only thing, and not really a big deal, but nowhere to put shampoo & such in shower

It was decent, definitely not any fancy amenities—though there was an outdoor pool available that we didn’t end up using. we stayed because it was within 30 minutes of bonnaroo—but that ended up getting cancelled and they refused to refund us for the room. Essentially stranded, we finished our stay and found that the facilities were normal and served their purpose. the area of town it is in is definitely a tad sketchy but again, all of the essential stores like Walmart, quick eats and gas stations are nearby. i would honestly stay here again but not for anything other than a festival lol.
