"Excellent Spa Hotel in central Aix Les Bains. Better to eat out at one of the close by restaurants as food prices aren’t great value but otherwise a lovely place to stay. "

"The property was clean but I was appalled at the lack of provision, particularly when it came to basic personal hygiene. There were no hand basins near the toilets. In addition, the hand sanitiser provided wasn’t working. Staff were initially dismissive. There was a handbasin the the room but not soap provided. Also no feminine hygiene bins. Would recommend against staying here. "
