Wir waren dieses Jahr zum 6mal in dem Ferienhaus. Im Vergleich zu unserem letzten Besuch und denen der Vorjahre war der allgemein Zustand deutlich verschlechtert. Schmutziges, nicht gespültes Geschirr in den Schranken, zahlreiche defekte Lampen (innen als auch außen), Spinnweben an Lampen, Decke etc. Ungepflegtes Erscheinungsbild von Böden...Der Wasserdruck im kleinen Badezimmer zu gering. Das Preis Leistungsverhältnis passt nicht mehr. Mit der Zeit steigt der Mietpreis und die Qualität sinkt..
La propriété est très bien placée proche du petit port.
Le lieu est très romantique avec des jardins très verdoyants.
Nous recommandons vivement cette magnifique maison pour les vacances.

Maison correspondant à la description Elle contient tout pour un séjour agréable La Vue est juste magnifique puisque vue donne sur le port Jardins à plusieurs niveaux Parfait pour emmener ses chiens tout est clôturé juste génial Nous avons passé une super semaine endroit très agréable

Super bien placée par rapport au port dont le vue se voit de la salle et du jardin avec un petit chemin pour y accéder

Schönes, ruhig gelegenes Haus mit verwunschenem Garten. Für Reisende mit Hund optimal. Die Sauberkeit lässt ein wenig zu wünschen übrig, Insekten sollte man auch mögen. Die Hofeinfahrt ist mit einem größeren Auto sehr sportlich... Das Haus liegt, obwohl fast mitten im Ort gelegen, sehr ruhig mit schönem Ausblick auf die Rance. Ausflüge kann man reichlich machen: Cancale, Mont. St. Michel, St. Malo, Dinard, Dinan, Cap Frehel, . . . .unten am Hafen ein schönes Restaurant.
Belle location de vacances , au calme ,fonctionnelle,et parfaite pour nos 2 chiens...(.ce qui n'est pas toujours facile de trouver une location acceptant les chiens).
Location au calme,boulangerie à proximité...et de nombreuses balades autour de Saint Sulliac.
Nous reviendrons avec plaisir dans cette location

Schlüsselübergabe
Die Adresse war nicht ganz genau, so dass wir am falschen Ort warteten. Bei der Auflistung der Telefonnummern war verwirrend, dass die Festnetznummer der Schlüsselhalterin gehörte und die Mobil-Nummer der Hauseigentümerin (was nicht explizit erwähnt wurde). So kam es bei der Schlüsselübergabe bei Antritt zu einem Missverständnis, dass dazu führte, dass wir zu lange am falschen Ort gewartet haben.

Die Bettdecken entsprachen nic...
Die Bettdecken entsprachen nicht dem Maß unserer Bettwäsche war jeden Morgen ein Geknäuel. Die Lage des Hauses ist fantastisch und auch das Haus selbst sehr geräumig und schön. Reisetipps: Die Altstadt von ST. Malo, der Mont St. Michel, das Cap Frehel.
