  • This 84 m² ground-floor apartment in the Les Balcons de St So residence accommodates up to 12 guests. Enjoy a spacious south-facing balcony with views of the slopes and mountains. You’ll be in the heart of the Sybelles ski area, just 150 m from the slopes, close to shops and the center of Saint-Sorlin-d'Arves. There’s a ski equipment rental shop on site.



    The apartment features three bedrooms and two sleeping alcoves: one bedroom with a double bed, one with a double bed and bunk beds, one with a double bed, plus a bunk bed in each alcove. Two bathrooms and two toilets ensure your comfort. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, microwave, fridge, ceramic hob, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, and Nespresso machine. TV and free Wi-Fi are included.



    You have access to private parking, a ski storage room, and a laundry area available for an extra charge.



    Please note: Bed linen and towels are not provided. Cleaning must be done by guests. A security deposit and a cleaning deposit will be requested upon arrival. Electricity, including heating, will be charged at the end of your stay based on meter readings taken at check-in and check-out. Events are not permitted in the property.
