  • This 38 m² south-facing apartment in the Les Balcons de St So residence welcomes up to 6 guests and offers stunning views of the mountains, ski slopes, and the village. You’ll be staying in the heart of the Sybelles ski area, just 150 m from the slopes and right next to shops. There’s a ski equipment rental shop on site.



    The apartment features two bedrooms: the first with a double bed (140 cm), the second with a double bed (140 cm) and a bunk bed. Bathroom with shower, separate WC. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, ceramic hob, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, and Nespresso machine. TV and free WiFi are provided.



    Enjoy a south-facing balcony, private parking, ski storage, and a laundry room available for an extra fee.



    Please note: Bed linen and towels are not provided. Cleaning must be done by guests. A security deposit and a cleaning deposit will be required upon arrival. Electricity, including heating, will be charged at the end of your stay based on meter readings taken at check-in and check-out.
