Holiday Home 'Pâquerette' with Shared Pool, Private Terrace and Wi-Fi

Located in the heart of a charming village surrounded by vineyards and sunflower fields, Pâquerette embodies the authentic charm of a former cottage with its exposed beams and stone walls. Fully self-contained, this spacious gîte is perfect for family or group getaways.

On the ground floor, a large, bright living room features a fully equipped kitchen for your convenience. Upstairs, three bedrooms offer flexible sleeping arrangements, complemented by two modern bathrooms. The master bedroom includes a double bed, while the second bedroom can be configured with either a double bed or twin beds to suit your needs.

A private terrace, complete with a table, chairs, and a barbecue, invites you to enjoy outdoor moments.

Guests can also take advantage of a shared garden with a play area, as well as a large heated saltwater pool, open from mid-May to mid-October.

The Gîtes du Vigneron is a complex consisting of four independent cottages and a guest room, all rated 3 stars as Furnished Tourist Accommodations. With a total capacity of 22 people, each cottage is fully insulated and equipped with electric heaters.

Enjoy a shared garden featuring a play area with a swing, slide, and various games, as well as a large heated saltwater pool, open from mid-May to mid-October.

Guests have full access to our facilities: a secure swimming pool (11 m x 5 m), laundry room, multilingual library, indoor games room (table football, table tennis, board games), and outdoor play area.

An 88 m² multi-purpose hall is available for events, meetings, or seminars. We provide a whiteboard with an integrated projector and can arrange catering upon request. Wi-Fi is available throughout the property, with Ethernet connections in each cottage.

In the garden, you’ll also find a pétanque court, picnic tables, and relaxation areas for all ages.

Perfect for families or groups of friends, our cottages also include child-friendly amenities: outlet covers, under-sink safety locks, non-slip shower trays, and motion-detecting nightlights. On request, we provide complimentary baby equipment, including a travel cot, high chair, stair gate, baby bath, and potty.

We have just returned from our second stay at this wonderful property in Saint Seurin de Palenne, and it was every bit as perfect as the first. We were two adults and two teenagers (14 and 17), and from the moment we arrived, the welcome was exceptional.Tim and Vanessa, who live next door, could not have been more helpful or friendly. They greeted us warmly, remembered us from our previous visit, and left thoughtful welcome gifts including wine, a couple of beers, and some lovely local treats. During our stay they even brought over fresh plums from the grounds and were always available to answer any questions without ever intruding.The property itself is lovely, but what really makes it special is the pool and the fantastic games room, complete with table tennis, darts, table football, and plenty of other games to keep everyone entertained. It’s the perfect place to relax, have fun, and make lasting memories.We would absolutely recommend this property to anyone, families, couples, or friends looking for a peaceful yet entertaining base in this beautiful part of France. We’re already looking forward to our next visit!
