Gîte la Parenthèse welcomes you to Saint-Sernin in a spacious 130 m² villa, perfect for 8 guests. The villa features 3 bedrooms (1 bed 180 cm, 2 beds 140 cm), a living room, a bathroom with towel warmer, and a fully equipped kitchen (filter and capsule coffee makers). Enjoy Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, a TV, a fan in each bedroom, heating, a wood stove, a workspace, a high chair, and a baby cot. The step-free access and interior make moving around easy. Self check-in is possible. Bed linen and towels are included for stays of 3 nights or more; for shorter stays, this service is available for an extra fee.



Relax in the private, shaded, secluded garden with a large table, chairs, and charcoal barbecue. The property, in a stone building surrounded by 9 hectares of fields, offers peace and privacy. You may meet the donkey, horse, chickens, and pig, with the animal area separated. A tennis court is a 15-minute walk away.



Three shared parking spaces are available. Up to 3 pets are allowed for an extra fee. A cat lives on site. Smoking is permitted. Parties are not allowed. Video and audio surveillance are at the entrance only. Airport/train shuttle and breakfast are available for an extra fee. For weekly stays, a bottle of local wine and welcome touches (tea, coffee, oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, soaps, paper towels) are provided. Shared washing machine and dryer are available for an extra fee.
