Stay in the heart of the Auvergne Volcanoes Regional Natural Park! Single-storey gîte completely renovated in 2018 located in a former school with three other apartments, in a quiet and peaceful hamlet in the village of Saint-Sauves-d'Auvergne. It consists: - a living room with modern and warm decoration, - a semi-open kitchen, - a separate toilet - a bedroom with two 90 cm beds that can be pushed together - a bedroom with a 140 cm bed with the bathroom adjoining it (only one access through the bedroom). You will enjoy an enclosed garden of approximately 80 m² with garden furniture, barbecue and children's games! Electric heating included. WIRELESS. Garage (low enough for certain vehicles). Many leisure activities nearby: outdoor sports (hiking, mountain biking, etc.), La Bourboule spa resort, Mont-Dore ski resort, nautical base at La Tour d'Auvergne. Thermal cures promotion of 10% outside the period from 07/11 to 08/22 and excluding February holidays) Shops and services in Saint Sauves d'Auvergne (4 km).
