"A notre arrivée 17 Degrés ds la maison. Impossible d'utiliser le salon de jardin. Les coussins trempés. Une fois ds la maison, four sale. Grille pain en panne. Le faitout pour 8 personnes ne fonctionne pas sur les plaques. Lavabo bouché dans la salle de bain RDC. Personne ne s'est déplacé malgré nos appels. Le lit bébé sans drap housse et pas de chaise haute pour le bébé. Gros problème avec la chaudière. Le seul plus est l'accès direct sur la plage. Très déçus par rapport au prix excessif."

"The listing and price suggested a super luxury villa. The location was good on a private estate but a small plot. The building itslef was lovely but clearly is a work in progress - main bathroom was shabby, kitchen cramped. The bath towels were paper thin and useless. There was no service during the 7 day stay. The pool was lovely but the level went down. No pool maintenance during the week either. There was no guide for the villa either. We were left to search. One of the alarms went off at 350...

The location is also good: Caen is relatively close, and the beach in Cabourg is easy to reach and highly recommended. "A perfect location to enjoy the neighbourhood. We enjoyed the beach the small city of blonville. The garden has a nice swimming pool. there is only little sun because of the tall trees. The roof of the first floor is very low (abou 1.90m). I had to bend walking towards the bedroom."

La maison est parfaitement adaptée aux familles avec enfants et dispose de tout l’équipement nécessaire. La cuisine est très bien aménagée, et l’espace de vie, spacieux et joliment décoré, est vraiment agréable. La communication avec la propriétaire a été fluide, et nous avons eu droit à une belle surprise à notre arrivée. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !"
