The staff were so attentive and friendly. I went with my 89 year old mother and they all made her feel so special. The breakfast buffet was excellent while enjoying the amazing views.

L'Hôtel Québec par JARO
Room was clean but bedside lamps were not working and front desk staff did not help to solve the issue, second bed mattress was awfully hard. Special thanks to the staff from the restaurant inside the hotel (10 vagues) who served us with kindness while we arrived at 10 pm, exhausted.

The hotel is a maze and not easy to navigate. Not only did we have a difficult time finding our room, but I saw that many of the guests were feeling the same way.
