Accueil au top. Le logement etait tres bien et le jardin parfait pour le chien. La piscine est sympa et il y a une plage a deux pas, elle est interdite au chien mais si vous marchez le long du sentier du litorale vous trouverez des emplacements pour passer la journée.

a fuir !!!!

logement qui sent horriblement mauvais les égouts. équipement très vétuste. le wifi qui fonctionne pas et qui rend le séjour compliqué puisque c est pour le travail sachant que le téléphone ne passe pas à l intérieur. 10€ de parking en plus par jour c est du vol et surpris de voir que cet établissement est classé 4 étoiles. À fuir !!!!!

Lieu de vacances très agréable, calme et reposant à proximité des calanques. Notre résidence les chênes verts était bien equipée, bien agencé. Le petit-déjeuner/brunch était bon et très varié, possibilité de faire une box repas pour plus tard. Piscine avec vue sur la mer.

Appartement calme tout proche du bord de mer

Petit week end au bord de mer dans un appartement sympa et très calme. Tarif très bon et accueil fort sympathique.. on nous a même proposer de nous offrir un café à l’arrivée et j’ai trouvé cela très agréable de la part de la personne à l’accueil.. je vais réserver à nouveau pour y passer un week end la semaine prochaine

Séjour fin d'année 2021 sur St Raphaël !

Le cadre de la résidence est correct ainsi que l'accueil du personnels, lieu très arboré, bien entretenu à priori, mais en entrant dans le logement, notre enthousiasme et retombé très rapidement...! L'appartement est en décalé avec le cadre extérieure et l'établissement d'accueil plus d'actualité, mobiliers sommaires année 80/90, nous avons eux l'impression d'être chez les grands parents en plus petit. Nous avons constaté que les rideaux étaient cassés, et pas de voilages, en ouvrant les volets les gens voient de l'extérieure, du coup on doit laisser les tentures fermées cela assombri le logement surtout en rdc et face au parking et voie de circulation...! L'hygiène reste à désirer, poubelle non vidée dans la salle de bain et nettoyage de la baignoire à revoir, nous n'avons même pas souhaité utiliser la cuisine du coup, sans compter les retouches des petits travaux qui sont fait par un amateur apparemment...! Aussi, lits qui grincent et matelas inconfortables ce qui nous a obligé a raccourcir notre séjour, très mal dormi. Il est possible d'améliorer le cadre intérieure du lieu d'habitation à moindre coup de nos jours et le rendre plus chaleureux...! Aucune recommandation si l'appartement reste dans l'état. On peut trouver mieux sur St Raphaël pour le même tarif c'est ce que nous avons fait, car la ville est magnifique rien à dire. En espérant, que cela peut éclairer et apporter plus d'amélioration dans votre établissement pour les prochains visiteurs.

Logement en très mauvais état et pas très propre. Salle de bain dans un état déplorable. Vraiment très décevant par rapport au prix exorbitant. Passez votre chemin. Piscine minuscule. Résidence à fuir.

Quel ratage

depuis 2019, l'établissement est loin de s'être amélioré malheureusement. Pour notre part ce sera l dernière fois que nous ferons un séjour. La grande piscine a été remplaçé par un bâtiment. Le parking est devenu payant et l'attribution des places n'est plus personnelle. Ou est passé l'animation ? Nous sommes très déçus de notre séjour.

Casa pulita e completa di tutto, l'unico difetto che però hanno avuto anche altri villeggiatori è la puzza fognaria che esce dai lavandini e dal wc che però ci hanno assicurato avrebbero messo a posto. Personale gentile e cordiale e bel intrattenimento.

This park of rental apartments was taken over recently by Vacance soleil. They renamed it to "résidence club" to give the impression that it's more than a rental apartment. It's not. The apartments are ok but old fashioned (with only some newly build) and the swimmingpool is way to small for the amount of apartments (125 apartments vs 60 beds around the pool). The food is also very average. Nevertheless the location is magnificent. The "re-branding" is done clearly done for commercial reasons with little to no attention to quality and value-for-money. A pitty for such a nice location.
