Had a great stay. The facilities are in very good condition. Kitchen area in the apartment well equipped and the apartment itself is comfortable. Staff very helpful and friendly. Loved the restaurant on site. The pool was a great bonus. It’s easy to walk to the shops and restaurants on the promenade and the port. The beach is just across the road. We did have a surprise after we checked out where it turns out we were supposed to wash all kitchen items, so we got charged a penalty although we weren’t notified beforehand of this rule. Having said that, I still recommend the place. Great value for money.

Très bon emplacement. On peut aller au centre à pied et à deux pas du port et des plages. Resto très bien et belle piscine. L’appartement que nous avions etait un peu dans son jus mais propre.

... Alors juste un petit bémol en ce qui concerne le calme: malgréle fait que nous étions hors saison, bien qu'en période de vacances scolaire, le calme nétait pas toujours au RDV, mais c'est plus la faute de certains résidents que de Piere et Vacances... Sinon rien à dire tout était parfait !

Im Großen und Ganzen sehr schön!

Das Thalasso Spa war nicht im Hotelpreis inbegriffen, was vor der Buchung nicht ersichtlich war. Es hätte 30,- gekostet und der Zutritt wäre erst ab 15 Jahren gewesen. Da ich mit meiner 12jährigen Tochter alleine dort war, war das eine ziehmlich große Enttäuschung. Schließlich hatten wir vor, den Innenpool bei schlechtem Wetter zu nutzen. Der Außenpool war bei unserer Anreise noch leer (Anfang April) und wurde erst am 6.April (unserem Abreisetag) freigegeben. Na toll! :-( Ansonsten war es aber sehr schön dort. Wir hatten auch eine schöne Aussicht, mit in der Ferne einem Teil des Meeres. Die Küche war top, mit allem drum und dran. Sogar ein Set mit Spülmittel, Lappen, Schwamm und Tap für die Spülmaschine war dabei. Die Rezeptionistin war sehr freundlich. Auf Kaution wurde verzichtet (bzw hat nur 1,- gekostet).

Très bel endroit que nous avions selectionné pour sa piscine extérieure. Malheureusement nous n'avons pu y accéder en raison d'un problème technique. Nous ne regrettons pas notre séjour, mais si nous avions eu cette info lors de notre réservation, notre choix se serait porté sur un autre établissement, puisque la piscine était notre critère de sélection N°1. Nous avons donc réservé un accès à la piscine couverte pour un coût supplémentaire de 44 euros la demi journée. Dommage.

Wir hatten das dieses Angebot gebucht, weil wir unbedingt eine Unterkunft mit Innenpool suchten. So war es auch auf Hotel.com ausgeschrieben. Nur gehörte der Pool gar nicht zum Hotel. Man hätte für den halben Tag 22€ bezahlen müssen und Kinder unter 15 Jahren hatten keinen Zutritt. Die Personen an der Rezeption waren unmotiviert auch in anderen Bereichen uns eine Lösung anzubieten.

Très mauvaise literie

Partie aux Issambres 3 jours pour me détendre, je suis rentrée plus tôt que prévu chez moi. La literie est très dure. J’avais prétendument réservé un studio avec canapé lit, j’ai eu droit à des divans lits étroits et durs. Après enquête, je ne suis pas la seule à m’en plaindre. Ce qu’a superment nié la réceptionniste.

tout c est bien passé dans l ensemble ,je suis juste déçu que hôtel.com ma dit que nous avions les 2 piscines a disposition gratuitement .mais c est faut puisqu il faut payer 21 euros en plus renseignement donné par l opérateur c est dommage sinon tout est=t très bien.

Séjour agréable mais ...

Séjour agréable dans son ensemble avec quelques bémols. Dommage que la piscine extérieure ne soit pas chauffée et que la piscine d'intérieur, chauffée elle, ...soit réservée au Spa. Attention pour les enfants à la profondeur de cette piscine extérieure: 1,50m partout (cela mériterait d'être précisé dans la présentation). Les plages à 100m de l’hôtel ne sont pas très accueillantes: très petites, sable (?) gris poussièreux. Aucune ou presque documentation sur la Région disponible à l'Hotel. Le Wifi est plus que poussif :-)

Résidence très décevante, le SPA ferme à 17H ... le restaurant ferme à 20H30... on a plus l'impression d'être dans une résidence pour personnes agés que dans une résidence prémium. Je ne parle pas des travaux que nous avons subit sans même avoir été prévenu.

Porte et serrure ch225 déteriorées ne donnant pas le sentiment d'être en sécurité. Donc à changer sans tarder. Pour ce prix hors saison, il serait judicieux d'offrir 2 entrées à la thalasso.

Var her i 2 dager. Fint hotell. Dårlig at det rommene ikke blir rengjort og at hånduker ikke skiftes - forventer dette på et 4 stjerners hotell. Laber frokost. Koselig nærområde og kort avstand til flere fine områder.

loin de tout , navettes bien mais sans voiture on ne peut pas faire découvrir la région surtout hors saison. Reposant si on veut rester à l’hôtel. Cadre très bien. Quand on est seul pas de possibilité d'avoir une chambre seule et pas de studio et d'une demi pension.
