Great location, comfortable apartment.Unfortunately swimming pool didn’t work at our time as stated in the description and under the window, work was being done in the garden with an excavator and, accordingly, with a lot of dust and noise.

Belles prestations pour ce logement qui se trouve dans une propriété impeccablement entretenue. Nous avons apprécié la luminosité de cet appartement très fonctionnel et qui possède un équipement tout à fait correcte, la propreté du logement, le parking, la belle vue et le bon rapport qualité/prix.

appartement calme, bien exposé, bien équipé, très propre, résidence également très bien entretenue, et nous avons apprécié l'ascenseur. belle vue sur la mer, nous avions un emplacement de parking en sous-sol et facile d'accès.

En résumé quasiment tout était parfait pour notre première location en appartement à St Raphael. Nous sommes tous devenu plus ou moins exigent mais néanmoins l'annonce représente parfaitement le bien à louer, mes interlocuteurs très sympathique. Nous avons réellement passés un excellent moment sur place hormis le temps cette année mais comparé à nos voisin Belge et Allemand je ne peux me plaindre. Personnellement je recommande sans problème.

Tres bon accueil, appartement très bien placé avec belle terrasse plein sud et vue sur la mer , Port de Santia Lucia et la piscine. La mer de sable a 1km 500..petites criques a 400m..commerces a 200m..l’appart très bien équipé pour passer de bonnes vacances, mais un peu vieillot...a remettre au goût du jour..parking souterrain idéal.. Je recommande

Nous avons apprécié nos 4 semaines de vacances dans l'appartement de Mr et Mme COLLIN qui est idéalement situé avec la superbe vue sur la mer et sur l'agréable piscine ! Tout y est conforme à la description et le cellier nous a permis de stocker le ravitaillement hebdomadaire. Le parking en sous-sol est bien utile puisqu'il n'est nul besoin d'utiliser la voiture chaque jour (tout est à proximité). L'appartement est clair et spacieux et la literie confortable. La propriétaire est cordiale et nous y retournerons avec plaisir l'année prochaine.

Les prestations sont parfaitement conformes à l'annonce. Bonne situation au calme, belle terrasse avec vue dégagée. Appartement agréable, propre, lumineux et spacieux. Petits commerces et restaurants à 5 mn à pied. Grande plage et centre ville à 15 mn à pied par belle promenade en bord de mer. Parking en sous-sol bien utile.
