    There are two comfortable bedrooms: one with a double bed (140 × 190), the other with a queen-size bed (160 × 200), plus a modern bathroom.



    On the top floor, enjoy a bright living area with lounge, dining space, and a fully equipped kitchen. Large windows open onto a private garden with table and chairs—ideal for meals, coffee, or peaceful moments outdoors.
