3 STAR Gîte 120m2 with sea view and surrounding countryside, close to the beaches. Superb gîte, very well placed, calm and peaceful, suitable for 10 people, with terrace and beautiful garden. Private parking. Secured access. Cottage equipped for people with reduced mobility with 1 living room of 38m2 including 1 equipped kitchen + living / dining room, 1 bedroom, 1 Italian shower, 1 WC on the ground floor; Upstairs 4 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with WC, all accessible with wheelchair. Sea view and close to the beaches 5 minutes by car, 1km from the city center and its amenities (super markets, Leclerc, Hyper U, Lidl, Netto, municipal swimming pool 700 m away, close to the hiking trails gr 34, 5 minutes from the beaches and from the ferry port of ROSCOFF, 5 MN FROM THE BOAT OF L ile de Batz.

Une maison spacieuse et confortable à 2 pas de Saint Pol

Maison très confortable, très propre et bien équipée. Bien placée pour aller découvrir les alentours, un peu à l'écart du centre de Saint-Pol (10 minutes à vélo) et pas très loin des premières plages (5 km). Les extérieurs sont également spacieux. Les propriétaires sont discrets et attentionnés.
