Architect's house next to the beach, Villa YANG is equipped with all modern comforts: each of the 4 bedrooms has its own bathroom (with toilet) and a Queensize bed ; you will enjoy a comfortable and spacious living room, with a large connected TV flat screen (Netflix possible), southern exposure, design decoration, nature and wood, free parking and wifi, Nespresso) this atypical contemporary villa offers a change of scenery and tranquility... and private access to the Bay of Quiberon!

The capacity is 8 people (children and babies included).

Far from the road, the environment of this designer villa is quiet, residential and wooded.

Departing from the Villa, the preserved site of the Quiberon peninsula, with its magnificent nature and its mythical body of water, is available to you whatever the season: the isthmus of PenthiĂšvre and its endless beaches, the small port of Portivy with its mythical sunsets and its good restaurants, the wild coast, the Arche Port Blanc etc.

La maison est top ! Lumineuse facile Ă  vivre et idĂ©alement situĂ©e. Partir entre amis ou intergĂ©nĂ©rationnel lorsque chacun a sa chambre et sa salle de bain facilite grandement la bonne humeur du groupe. L’extĂ©rieur est super silencieux et sĂ©curisĂ© pour notre gros poilu. Les propriĂ©taires sont trĂšs rĂ©actifs et disponibles. Nous avons adorĂ© ces vacances et nous reviendrons Peut ĂȘtre prĂ©voir un ou deux transats de plus

Lovely Villa in Kerhostin

De la préparation du voyage avec toutes les informations nécessaires jusqu'au départ, nous avons eu une excellente communication avec Caroline et Philippe. L'accueil le jour de l'arrivée était trÚs chaleureux ; les explications sur la maison et les environs étaient détaillées et trÚs bonnes. La maison est trÚs belle ( neuve ) et bien équipée. Nous y avons passé de merveilleuses vacances en famille et nous y retournerions sans hésiter. Nous pouvons recommander sans réserve la maison et les propriétaires.

Magnifique Maison spacieuse et moderne les pieds dans l’eau !

Nous avons passé un trÚs bon séjour à la villa Yang. La maison est trÚs spacieuse et confortable. Le jardin et la terrasse aménagé ainsi que la mer à 3 minutes sont un vrai « plus ». Nous reviendrons sans hésiter. Merci Caroline et Philippe.

Un séjour idéal !

Nous avons passĂ© 2 semaines dans cette maison chaleureuse, et bien entendu elles sont passĂ©es trop vite ! Nous avons adorĂ© la proximitĂ© avec des criques dĂ©sertes ou les plages de sable un peu plus frĂ©quentĂ©es mais toujours agrĂ©ables. Le marchĂ© du mardi, la boulangerie du matin ou le petit supermarchĂ© Ă  5' en voiture sont tellement pratiques pour ne pas perdre de temps Ă  faire les courses ! Et les restaurants de Portivy sont parfaits pour des soirĂ©es en profitant du coucher du soleil. La maison est grande, agrĂ©able et le jardin clĂŽturĂ© permet d'ĂȘtre tranquille pour les enfants en bas Ăąge ou les animaux de compagnie. Nous avons adorĂ© la dĂ©coration et les petits dĂ©jeuners sur la grande terrasse ou les siestes Ă  l'ombre de l'olivier nous manquent dĂ©jĂ  ! Nos hĂŽtes furent parfaits pour leur rĂ©ponse quasi immĂ©diate Ă  nos questions et pour toutes les informations donnĂ©es sur les environs. Nous reviendrons c'est une certitude ! Un robot de cuisine serait idĂ©al pour qui cuisine un peu ! Sinon ne changez rien.

Exzellente Lage

Perfekte Lage. Sehr ruhig gelegen nahe zu kleinen nicht ĂŒberlaufenen StrĂ€nden (5 Minuten) auf der ruhigen Seite der Halbinsel. In 15 Minuten ist man zu Fuß auf der nördlichen Seite mit schönen Wellen. BĂ€cker in 300 m, Supermarkt in 2,5 km. Das Haus hat alles was man braucht inklusive eines schönen Garten. Betreuung durch Catherine und Philippe exzellent.
