🏡 THE VILLA (350m² of conviviality)
Spacious and welcoming, the house offers brand-new amenities and equipment:
• Living Area: a large living/dining room with a fireplace for cozy winter evenings.
• Convenience Kitchen: Open-plan and fully equipped for large groups (2 sinks, 2 refrigerators, freezer, 2 dishwashers, large oven, air fryer, microwave, Nespresso machine, etc.).
• Fun Area: a complete games room (arcade machine, Nintendo Switch, foosball, darts, board games, reading corner).
• Work Area: a dedicated meeting room for your seminars (with TV, flip chart, printer, Nespresso machine). High-speed fiber optic internet.
• Relaxation Area: a jacuzzi accommodating up to 7 people and a private sauna to unwind after a day of activity.

🌳 OUTDOOR SPACES: 4,500 m² of landscaped gardens featuring:
• Sports: Private, floodlit padel court (unlimited access until 10 pm), floodlit pétanque court, and covered Cornilleau ping-pong table.
• Dining/Relaxation: Two furnished terraces (front and back), one of which is covered and heated for year-round enjoyment. Charcoal barbecue and electric griddle available.
• Practicality: Children's playground, large private parking area, and electric vehicle charging point. Orange high-speed fiber optic internet covers the entire house.

🎾THE PADEL COURT: Enjoy a truly unique experience with our private padel court located directly on the property, with unlimited access throughout your stay. Play padel first thing in the morning, organize padel matches with friends, family, or colleagues. The court is floodlit, allowing you to extend your padel matches into the evening in a unique atmosphere.

🛏️ SLEEPING AREA (Up to 15 beds): Spread across the ground and first floors, the spacious bedrooms are equipped with a workspace (desk) and Orange fiber optic Wi-Fi throughout the house.
• 4 flexible double bedrooms (beds can be separated into 2 single beds), 2 of which have en-suite shower rooms.
• 1 family suite with 2 single beds + 1 convertible double bed (bathroom and WC).
• 1 standard double bedroom (bathroom and WC).
• 1 flexible sleeping area (in the games room) with a double sofa bed.

✨ So you don't have to worry about a thing, the price of your stay includes end-of-stay cleaning, bed linen, and towels. A cot and high chair are available.

Upon request and subject to availability, extend your stay with an early arrival and a late departure.
