"My wife and I needed a break from a fast paced couple of weeks of our vacation. This chateau and the property it sits on was nothing short of spectacular. As an extra bonus, Tess, Daphne and Celia were there to serve and help us with all of our needs. The breakfast that was served was always the best of the best, including homemade jams. Beautiful landscaping surrounds the pool, which we swam in and found very clean and refreshing. There are numerous vineyards in the immediate area with gorgeous drives to get there. The restaurants in the area exceeded our expectations, there are no big cities anywhere around. We would drive many miles, even out of our way, to visit and enjoy the company of the people we met at the chateau."

"Beautiful setting in rural France. Close to many small towns with restaurants and groceries. The house has everything you need. Beautiful pool area although it was too cool for us to use. Lovely gifts of honey and wine upon arrival. Jean is a beekeeper!"
