"Delightful property; we enjoyed our visit. Nicely furnished, well appointed, clean. On the entry level there is kitchen / diner / lounge, a toilet, and a double bedroom with shower. A balcony from the lounge looks out over the front, with the sea in the background - lovely place to sit and watch the sunset (or rise!). Up the stairs: three decent sized bedrooms (one double, two twins) separate bathroom and toilet. Down the stairs from the entry level you can access the large garage where my boys enjoyed playing table tennis. ne ground floor bedroom with There's lots to do nearby. We enjoyed the beaches and various coastal walks. We also enjoyed a meal out at L'Oceaninc Pizzeria, and found the local Aldi (short walk from the house) was adequate for our needs. One small point to note for future guests: the drive is quite steep. While there is parking at the bottom of the drive on the (very quiet) road, the welcome book suggests if you want to drive up the drive it's best to do it in reverse so that you can then drive out forwards. We almost burnt our clutch out trying to reverse up the drive - I'd strongly recommend you don't reverse up it! Either drive up forwards or just park at the bottom - we found it fine to park at the bottom - the house if 70% of the way along a dead end road so there isn't much passing traffic!We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and thank Thomas for his hospitality. If we were ever in the area again, we'd certainly want to stay here another time."
