Villa 'La Maison Des Vignes' with Private Pool, Private Terrace and Wi-Fi

The house of the vines is located in the heart of the "entre deux mers" on one of the wine roads. It is located 30 minutes from Bordeaux and 20 minutes from St Emilion. A swimming lake is 5 minutes away. The ocean is less than an hour away.



This charming country house will welcome you and your family in a place surrounded by vineyards. A large park surrounds this place of life where relaxation and escapades, on foot or by bike, are intermingled. A swimming pool and summer kitchen will allow you to relax.

A scalade wall is 10 minutes away in Frontenac.



Local shops are less than 10 minutes away by car. Mini-markets are at your disposal within 2 kms.



This Routes des Vins de Bordeaux "Route des Bastides" will lead you for your vacations between castles, roman churches, Benedictine abbeys and bastides and young wines to taste in all their freshness with moderation.



What better way to discover the Entre-Deux-Mers vineyards than with a historical escapade on this tourist route. Between abbeys of the Middle Ages, bastides and

and the memory of two great writers of the region, Montaigne and Mauriac, the 'route des Bastides' will reconcile wine and culture during your stroll.



But the most imposing monument of the region is certainly the castle of the Dukes of Epernon in the bastide of Cadillac.



This superb castle was built at the crossroads of the Renaissance and the classical taste for one of the "Mignons" of Henri III, the first Duke of Épernon, in order to show his power in his native region. Seized during the Revolution, it was used as a women's prison in the 19th century.



Another castle to visit in the region is the one of Malagar, residence of the writer François Mauriac, it offers a spectacular view on the Garonne.

Lovely property

Eric is very easy to communicate with. The property is lovely. Quiet. Well-equipped. Nice garden. Very nice small pool. About 20 min from Sauternes center.

Pros: Huset havde en dejlig pool og var som på billederne. Alt fungerede perfekt. Vi var afsted 8 personer og havde en fantastisk ferie i 8 dage. Værten Eric var helt formidabel og så imødekommende. Vi kommer gerne igen ❤️😀 Cons: Ingenting
