Les Malouines, a beachfront vacation home on the island of Oléron with a pool

  • Welcome to this pleasant little seaside house dating from the mid-50s, quietly located in the village of La Menounière. It benefits from a pleasant enclosed garden of 800 m2 with private swimming pool, ping-pong table, barbecue and outdoor shower. The house has three bedrooms with fitted wardrobes, two of which are in a row and two bathrooms (shower). The kitchen is fitted and equipped (dishwasher, washing machine and oven). It is a real holiday home where it is good to live outside. You will enjoy your lunch in the shade of the large oak tree or if you prefer in the sun on the terrace. You will be 200 metres from the first beach (fishing on foot and swimming at high tide - unsupervised beach), and the cycle path that runs along the west coast of the island of Oléron (3 kms from the typical fishing port of La Cotinière). Ideal location to visit all the tourist points of the island of Oléron. Possibility to park a car on the grounds. Wintering of the pool from October to May.
