A l'extérieur, une terrasse avec mobilier de jardin, barbecue. Stationnement devant la maison ou stationnement libre dans la résidence.

Oléron à vélo

Résidence très calme. Une maison fonctionnelle et confortable. Une situation géographique idéale pour découvrir tous les coins de l’île à vélo et profiter des animations et commerces du port de la Cotinière.
