    House perfectly adapted to children.

    Close to the typical marina of la Cotiniere, 10 minutes away from the beach, in the quiet Chefmalière village, beautiful, bright and large detached house (180 sq.m) with private garden, patio, car park and second private garden (2000 sq.m). The house is very homely and pleasant all year round, without a neighbour in sight! It is very close to many cycling paths and walking itinerary.
    The house has exposed stones and a lot of character in its green surroundings.

    -Large living and dining room with insert fireplace, cable TV, DVD player,
    -A large room, relaxating room and library (with books).
    These two rooms have brand new double bed settees

    - Large fully equipped kitchen, two back kitchens for the washing machines, tumbler dryer, the large freezer, cutlery and all the necessary kitchen equipment for 14 people

Le logement correspondait parfaitement à nos attentes et était idéal pour passer le jour de l’An.L’hôte ainsi que la personne qui nous a accueillis sont très sympathiques, disponibles et ont répondu rapidement à nos demandes.Seul petit bémol, indépendant de la volonté de la propriétaire : un incident réseau a entraîné une coupure d’internet durant le séjour. Malgré son intervention rapide auprès de son fournisseur, le problème n’a pas pu être résolu à temps.Cela n’a en rien gâché notre séjour. Nous recommandons sans hésitation.

J’ai loué la maison de Catherine pour 2 nuits avec mes amis et nous avons tous passé un très bon week-end.Très bon accueil par Jocelyne.Il y a tout ce qu’il faut dans la maison pour y rester plusieurs jours.Grand espace vert.Maison agréable avec de grand espace à l’intérieur (nous étions 16 adultes)Merci à Catherine car nous avons pu fêter les 40 ans de mon mari dans cadre parfait.

Un très agréable séjour

Nous avons profité du beau temps dans un cadre très agréable, jardin ombragé où nous avons pu prendre tous nos repas sauf un (pluie). Couchages corrects. Un peu juste en termes de sdb/wc pour une douzaine de personnes. La cuisine est grande et bien équipée, c'est appréciable, tout comme le séjour et le bureau où il y a beaucoup de place. Un petit souci avec la machine à laver le linge, indiqué à Jocelyne lors du départ car ne nécessitant pas de la déranger auparavant.

Tres grande et belle maison de pays en pierres.Nous étions 12 et tout le monde a eu son espace.L exterieur est très agréable aussi. Mauvaise gestion sur place par la personne en charge,indications,maison non ventilée avant l arrivée,départ modifié 2 heures avant.

Grand week-end dans une chouette maison

Très jolie propriété sise à la Chefmalière, à 15 min à pied de la plage. L'emplacement est très bien, à 5 min en voiture des commerces de St Pierre, mais assez excentré pour pouvoir se balader à pied sans problème (le port de la Cotinière est à 40 min par la plage). Seule petite surprise : ne pas trouver les menus produits essentiels usuels (sel, poivre, huile d'olive, papier toilettes). La personne qui nous a accueilli·es était très sympathique et arrangeante ; merci à elle. Je recommande vivement !

Vacances en famille 3 générations, des pêcheurs la proximité de la cotiniere, super Habitués de st Denis et la bree, manque le petit marché.Pour la maison un petit reproche : pas d'abri extérieur. Des vacances très agréables !!

gîte très agréable. néanmoins pour 12 personnes plusieurs petits points negatifs. dans maison principale manque un 2eme wc + douche. le 2eme point d'eau se trouve à l'extérieur avec 2 chambres annonce pas explicite sur ce point . cumulus un peu juste. pas de table basse dans salon. piano cuisson inadéquat. bonne literie.

Des super vacances

Un excellent séjour dans une maison très agréable et spacieuse où chacun a pu trouver sa place. Nous étions 7 adultes avec 4 enfants dont 2 ados et un bébé. Une fois le mobilier de jardin nettoyé et les terrasses lavées et balayées par nos soins, nous avons pu profiter d’un bel espace clos idéal pour prendre nos repas et ranger nos vélos. Le grand terrain à l’arrière de la villa permet de garer les véhicules et offre un bon terrain de jeu pour le ballon ou la pétanque… Nous avons pris le forfait ménage et espérons que les prochains trouveront la maison bien propre… ;)

Maison très fonctionnelle, zones de couchage différenciées, très appréciable quand on est nombreux. Larges espaces verts sécurisés pour les enfants, distincts de la cour terrasse. On ne se gêne pas. Emplacement très calme (si on aime cela...), à l'abri de la foule des ...vacanciers ! tout en étant proche de la Côtinière (10mn en vélo).
