- In a quiet area, warm house with oak beams. Large interior space consisting of three bedrooms with very good quality bedding. A large living room overlooked by a mezzanine. 800 m2 fully enclosed garden with 40 m2 terrace facing south, out of sight. Large private and fenced parking lot. Bike rental a few meters away. Given the location of the house, you can access the port of Cotinière, the beach and local shops without using your car. Wireless. Accepted animals. House classified 3 stars by prefectural decree. The house has a barbecue and deckchairs.
