  • In Saint-Pierre-d'Oléron, we offer you this charming 140 m² house with swimming pool, less than a kilometer from the beach, which can accommodate up to 6 travelers. It features an attractive 55 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a 700 m² garden. Wifi (fiber optics), sheets and towels included, we're waiting for you!

    - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
    - Bedroom 1: with queen-size bed (160×200) and en-suite shower room

    - Two separate WCs

    For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, highchair, washing machine, cot, fan, ironing board and iron.

Il manquait un matelas pour le lit bébé, il nous a été amené tout de suite. La maison est très agréable à vivre, bien décorée et propre. La présence de jouets pour enfants est un plus non négligeable Seul petit bémol, il n’y avait pas de gel douche comme indiqué dans l’annonce, ni de papier toilettes… de plus, l’eau chaude était très difficile à obtenir dans la cuisine Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !"
