La maison est dans le centre du village, à quelques minutes à pied des commerces, restaurants et du marché.Très bien distribuée, avec un salon spacieux et son jardin, la maison est très agréable.Grâce à un double vitrage efficace, la proximité avec la route départementale n’est pas un souci.Elle mériterait un peu plus de vaisselle et il manquait un aspirateur.Située stratégiquement au centre de l’île, la maison est un point de départ idéal pour sillonner Oléron à vélo.

Très belle maison grande et spacieuse, aussi bien a l'intérieur qu'à l'extérieur. Déplacement fait a pied et a vélo tout les commerces sont à proximité - de 5 minutes à pied ( Lidl, u, pharmacie, ect ....) les hôtes sont disponibles et très accueillant. L'arrivée avec le système de clé à récupérer avec un code est juste au top. Seul point négatif le son de la TV qui est inaudible.
