Maison familiale de 30 ans dont nous étions les premiers locataires, hors famille. On sentait notre logeur, François, inquiet, de peur de ne pas nous satisfaire pleinement. François est une personne très courtoise, agréable, disponible et arrangeante (la venue non prévue de notre plus jeune fils pour une semaine n’a posé aucun problème). La maison est très fonctionnelle et possède tout ce qui est nécessaire. Les amateurs d’authenticité y trouveront pleinement leur compte, et y passeront un excellent séjour. On s’y sent très rapidement comme chez soi. Trois grandes chambres doubles, dont une vraiment très grande. Plus un lit simple additionnel transformable en lit double si nécessaire. Deux salles de bains avec WC, ce qui est important lorsqu’on loge à 6 ou 8. Nous avions à disposition 3 vélos, âgés, mais fonctionnels. Plein de matériel de plage pour les enfants également à disposition sur place. Un Babyfoot pour enfants sur lequel nous avons fait des parties acharnées. Un lave-linge et un étendoir extérieur. Deux terrasses équipées de tables et chaises (au soleil ou à l’ombre, au choix). Un store banne sur une des deux terrasses.Le quartier est très calme. La maison (au fond d’une courte allée) est le long d’un chemin goudronné et fréquenté que par les habitants du quartier. Le jardin est assez grand (et sécurisé par des murs à mi-hauteur et un portail) idéal pour que des enfants puissent jouer dehors.Il a été difficile de quitter ce lieu très accueillant.
