Located in the Périgord pourpre and at the gates of the Périgord noir, in the countryside, in a hamlet of greenery and tranquility, the village of St Pierre d'Eyraud is located 11km from Bergerac.
The region is full of multiple cultural activity centers (Castles (Monbazillac, Tour de Montaigne, St Emilion, Bastides, Medieval villages, Museums, leisure, canoeing, swimming, fishing Dordogne river, Aquaparc, horse riding, Golf des Vigiers ...)
Rental in a Périgourdine adjoining that of the owners of 110 m² with modern decoration.
2 bedrooms, including 6 beds in one, 1 140 cm bed in the other 1 140 cm bed and 1 130 cm bed, living room - 40 m² living room with television and large fitted kitchen of 30 m², enclosed courtyard, terrace with living room garden and barbecue. Equipped with WIFI.
Prices :
Off season: April to June and September to November: 350 € per week
                         July and August: € 400 per week
                          Weekend possible subject to availability
