Ce logement qui correspond parfaitement à la description est vraiment très agréable, propre et spacieux. Un grand parc , avec accès direct à la mer s'ajoute au grand attrait de cette location . La commune proche des grands sites de la région est de surcroit très jolie avec des commerçants de qualité. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour avec notre animal de compagnie . L'accueil a été très convivial tout en étant irréprochable.

Super Lage

Großzügiges Ferienhaus mit umfangreicher Ausstattung und toller Lage an der Meeresbucht. Leider schon ziemlich verwohnt und in die Jahre gekommen. Auch ließ die Sauberkeit etwas zu wünschen übrig. Übergabe und Rückgabe des Objekts ohne jede Beanstandung. Wir würden wieder hinfahren.

Mässig unterhalten, schöne Aussicht

Das Doppelbett im EG ist auch für kleinere Personen (170cm) sehr kurz. Die Lage des Hauses ist sehr schön und ruhig. Leider war das Badezimmer im EG und die Küche nicht sehr gut gereinigt. Im Bad sind die Fugen schimmlig und die Duschkombi rinnt. So waren z. B. die Zahngläser nicht sauber, in der Küche war der Backofen nicht gereinigt. 2 Gartenliegen sowei der Sonnenschirm waren defekt, und auch der Grill war nicht gereinigt. Fazit: ein schön gelegenes Haus, welches mässig unterhalten wird.

Wunderschöne Ferienunterkunft

Exakt wie auf den Bildern beschrieben. Das Grundstück ist traumhaft - groß, direkt am Meer und mit entsprechend tollem Blick. Die Einrichtung des Hauses ist nicht top modern, aber alles sehr sauber. Der Kontakt mit dem Gastgeber war sehr nett und unkompliziert. Wir haben unseren Familienurlaub sehr genossen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Le logement correspond parfaitement à la description et le propriétaire répond rapidement. Attention, le lit double est réellement court (1,90m) et ne convient pas si votre taille est supérieure à 1,70m (lit encastré). En revanche, les 4 lits simples sont ok.

Hôte disponible et très accueillant. Maison très agréable et très bien équipée sans oublier un emplacement de rêve !!!! les pieds dans l'eau... A recommander 1000 fois !!!

Situation exceptionnelle

Nous avons adoré la vue depuis cette maison. Un enchantement à chaque instant au gré des marais. La décoration n'est pas très moderne mais reste conforme aux photos et il y a tout le nécessaire pour passer d'excellentes vacances.

Maison tout équipée située au calme dans une impasse près du golf de Saint Philibert… très bien située pour rayonner dans tout le golf du Morbihan… Vue superbe avec mer au fond du jardin…. Maison avec tout le confort et tout le nécessaire… propriétaire très sympathique toujours disponible si besoin

Das Haus erfüllte unsere ERwartungen voll und ganz. Sehr gute Ausstattung, Küche und sanitäre Anlagen top. Wohn-Esszimmer gemütlch, Schlafzimmer reichlich vorhanden, zwei Bäder. Die Alleinlage am Ende der Stichstraße ergibt vollkommene Ruhe, ca. 1,5 km Weg in den Ort. Baden nur bei Flut möglich.

Maison très confortable, complétement équipée pour un séjour de longue durée. Localisation idéale entre le golf du Morbihan et Carnac - La Trinité. Tout est accessible à vélo.
