Located in the Chaudière-Appalaches region, this condo is ideal for ski and outdoor enthusiasts. Situated in Saint-Philémon, less than an hour from Québec City and 45 minutes from Montmagny, this beautiful condo faces the splendid Massif du Sud mountain, providing direct access to ski slopes. Ski down the slopes and return to warm up and dine in the privacy of your accommodation! The Massif du Sud regional park is just a stone's throw away. Whether you enjoy hiking, snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, off-piste skiing, mountain biking, Fat Biking, or other activities, there is plenty to do. Plus, snowmobile and ATV trails are immediately nearby.

Le Boisé du Midi #C comfortably accommodates up to 8 adults or two small families (4 adults and 4 children using sofa beds). It offers:

- Two bedrooms with Queen beds

- Living room with a Queen sofa bed and a double sofa bed

- Fully equipped kitchen (with dishwasher, coffee makers, raclette and fondue sets)

- Full bathroom and a powder room with washer/dryer

- Wood stove (wood included)

- Free internet access, cable TV, board games

- Balcony with breathtaking views, BBQ (available from May to October)

- Outdoor SPA and outdoor fireplace shared with other travelers (4 condo building)- Shed for ski or bike storage

- Dedicated children's items (toy box, children’s dishes, high chair, step stool).

Absolutely amazing property! Would rate 10 stars if possible!

This property was absolutely amazing - the craftsmanship, decor, amenities, proximity to the mountain & more! As beautiful as the pictures are online, the chalet was so gorgeous in person & made for an overall excellent experience, so much so my family commented multiple times a day how much they love staying there. Rooms were spacious & views were unreal We enjoyed the fireplace (plus lots of wood), kitchen (stocked with cookware, plates, utensils, etc.), jacuzzi & how conveniently located it was to Massif Du Sud. Instructions from the owner were also very clear.We loved our time there so much that we're already planning on coming back next year!

Excellent location and very nice accommodations

We loved the condo, especially the proximity to the ski hill. The natural wood interior was beautiful. All the appliances worked well and we didn’t want for anything. However it was very warm inside without a way of cooling it down. There was one fan but it wasn’t enough. Also the pull out couches were very uncomfortable. I recommend better temperature control and new sofa beds or replace their mattresses. in any case, we would definitely consider returning. Thank you.
