The afterhours call centre operator couldn't find our name even after two phone calls and didn't want our itinerary number. My son had to callwotif back home to get our 4 digit access code."

"Lovely apartment hotel on the outskirts of Lyon. We are a family of 4 and it was nice to have a separate bedroom. Reception staff really helpful with directions and places to visit in Lyon. The metro is walkable in 7 mins, with easy direct trains into Lyon in 15/20 mins. Would definitely stay here again!"

"Fantastic staff, beautiful rooms. Not super close to main part of Lyon but easy to jump on ebikes and ride beside the river safely and beautifully in to town all times of day. Was disappointed the restaurant and bar were closed during our stay because it was "slow summer" would have appreciated if even the bar stayed open so there was some type of drinks available because there isn't much super close in the area. Would recommend the hotel!"
