The property seems to be student residences as well as hotel and has laundry facilities, safe bicycle storage, recycling, an exercise room and breakfast for an extra fee, which we didn't do. The bed was comfy, the kitchen was fine, the shower was great, the room was very spacious, but with a characterless, unadorned feel. Still, over all, good value. "

"The fotos do not do the property justice and we were very pleasantly surprised. Exceptionally clean property and very nice, welcoming hosts. Everything you could possibly need and more. The outside space, covered terrace and pool area are just wonderful and the garden is very well kept. We had a wonderful holiday and highly recommend this place. The only negative aspect of this property is the very noisy road behind the garden."

"My husband and I stayed for 3 weeks just enjoying the sun and the silence. Amazingly hot even in September!! The villa is certainly peaceful but all is on hand nearby for everyday living. "The staff could not have been nicer. The breakfast was also very good. The room we had needs to be gutted and redone. The floors creak no matter where you walk. There are obvious signs that the room had a water leak from the bathroom. There was a piece of carpet that had been cut out and replaced and there were water stains in the carpet near the bathroom."
