A perfect stay in Orange

Excellent central location, clean, comfortable, properly working AC, breakfast buffet and restaurant open all day, even late for an after-concert meal when other places are closed. The management is very friendly and helpful. I will return when I’m in the area again.

Friendly and helpful staff!

Rather ordinary hotel but the staff where most helpful and friendly making sure everyone had what they needed. The town was very cute with a lot of restaurants. We will most certainly come back!

Hotel was lovey

Lovely friendly staff welcomed us. Room was comfortable.food was good and plenty of it. The only disappointment was the lack of parking and as a result of using their other parking area our car was damaged by another driver. As no details were taken by the hotel of their clients vehicle we were unable to do anything about their client damaging our car. They website needs better details on the parking facilities.

Nice people - property needs an update

The staff could not have been nicer. The breakfast was also very good. The room we had needs to be gutted and redone. The floors creak no matter where you walk. There are obvious signs that the room had a water leak from the bathroom. There was a piece of carpet that had been cut out and replaced and there were water stains in the carpet near the bathroom.

bel hotel bien situé

Petit déjeuner copieux. accueil très sympathique. Très bien situé au centre ville il y avait une panne de climatisation, heureusement ce fut une nuit fraiche donc supportable.

Personnel très sympa,bien placé. Petit déjeuner bon rapport qualité prix Chambre et sdb très petite car 3 lits,pas de rangement dans la sdb ( lavabo minuscule pour wc et pas de sous meuble pour ranger )réveillez par la lumière du jour car rideaux pas opaque et bruit de la rue.

Vi blev mødt af både venlighed og hjælpsomhed. Parkeringspladsen bag hotel var ikke nem at komme ind på i en stor bil, men vi fik uopfordret en uvurderlig og effektiv hjælp. Elevatoren var gået i stykker, men vores kuffert blev båret op af trappen. Beliggenheden var perfekt i forhold til at se byens romerske bygningsværker i forbindelse med gennemrejse.
